Brief Introduction
The Conical Screw Mixer is used for applications in which gentle mixing or blending in combination with residue-free material discharge is required. Furthermore, this type of mixer is suitable for intermediate material storage combined with temporary blending.The CM Conical Mixer is used for mixing or blending of powders or pastes, for granulation and agglomeration of powders with the addition of a binding liquid, as well as for crystallization.
The CM Conical Mixer is a convective mixing machine with high mixing efficiency. The CM Conical Screw Mixer treats the product mixture gently and ensures a high level of mixing accuracy without any material distortion. The CM relies on a combined three-dimensional action produced by a screw hanging from a revolving arm inside the conical vessel, as well as by upward rotation of the screw.

B、Heat/Cool Jacket Heat or cool jacket is optional for vortex ribbon blender, the mixing materials could be heated or cooled by injet hear/cool media into the jacket. Heat media could be hot water, steam or thermal oil. Cool media could be cool water. |

C、Liquid Sprayer Liquid could be sprayed into mixer at mixing. Through this device, liquid could mix well with powder materials and avoid agglomerates. |

D、Pressure-resistant Cover The top lid could be pressure resistant, the cone cylinder could be thicken to bear more positive pressure or negative pressure. |

E、Feed Way Vortex conical screw mixer could be fed by hand, vacuum conveyor or screw conveyor. The cylinder could be negative pressure to suck materials into it. |

F、Discharge Way Vortex standard conical screw mixer use dislocation vale, this kind of valve cause few dead zone during mixing. Bufferfly, ball, rotary valve and side discharge is also available. |
